Terms of Service

1. Applicability

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and us regarding the use of the App. The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. Persons under the age of 13 may not use the App.

2. Account Registration

Users shall register an account by providing accurate information. If any registered information changes, users must promptly update it.

3. Ownership and Warranties of Posted Content

Copyright in content posted to the App by a user (including images, text, and other data) belongs to that user. Users warrant the following with respect to the content they post.

• The content is owned by the user or the user holds the relevant rights
• Or the user has obtained lawful permission from the rights holder
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, portrait rights, or any other rights of a third party

The user shall bear sole responsibility for any damages or disputes arising from the posting of content that violates the above warranties, and we shall bear no liability whatsoever.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not engage in the following conduct.

• Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
• Posting content that infringes the copyright, trademark, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of a third party
• Acts that violate the privacy of other users or third parties
• Acts that place an excessive load on the servers or network of the App
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the App
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Impersonating another user
• Any other conduct that we deem inappropriate

5. Content Management by Us

If we determine that any of the following applies, we may delete, hide, or restrict access to posted content without prior notice to the user.

• Content that violates or is suspected of violating these Terms
• Where a request for removal or action has been made by a rights holder or third party
• Where required by law or by direction of a governmental authority
• Any other case where we deem it inappropriate

We are under no obligation to delete content and shall bear no liability for not doing so.

6. Content Visibility

Content posted by users is visible only to the user themselves and friends approved by the user, in accordance with the specifications of the App. We will not disclose user content to external parties except as required by law or as provided in Section 5 of these Terms.

7. Changes to or Suspension of the Service

We may change the content of the App or suspend or discontinue its provision without prior notice to users.

8. Disclaimer

We shall bear no liability for the following.

• Disputes with third parties arising from content posted by users regarding rights infringement
• Troubles or disputes between users
• Damages arising from the use of the App (except where we are intentionally or grossly negligent)
• Damages arising from the suspension, modification, or loss of data of the App

9. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time from the settings screen of the App. We may also delete a user's account without prior notice if the user violates these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as necessary. Any revised Terms of Service shall take effect upon publication on this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
